Can I buy from GROHE directly?
We do not sell directly apart from our Online shop which sells our GROHE Blue range alongside consumables and accessories.
How long do I have to wait to get an appointment with GROHE customer service?
We do our very best to process customer enquiries as quickly as possible. Due to the large volumes of enquiries we receive at certain times, it may take longer for us to process your request.
Who installs the products if I buy them directly?
It depends upon where you bought your product. In principle, we always recommend having repairs done by one of our specialist partners.
Where can I download an installation guide for my product?
Please select your product on our website. All related files can be found on the relevant product page or in the download centre.
Can user manuals / installation instructions be downloaded
Yes, go to www.grohe.is and enter the product code in the "search" box in the top right corner of the home page. For the product, click on "Technical Product Information". This will open a pdf version.
How long does the maintenance and repair process take?
This depends on the type of fault. The process usually takes five to 20 days to deal with the issue.
How do I know if I have a high or low pressure system?
If you have a gravity system (water tank in loft) without a pump then you are on low pressure .If you have a pump fitted to your hot and cold supplies, or an unvented cyclinder or combi boiler then you have a high pressure system. Note pumps should not be fitted to a high pressure system.
